tian/ plan necessary steps for reshaping AiG to focus on universities

1. Only accept emails ending in @university.edu for each university separately (e.g. MIT accepts @mit.edu ONLY, UNAM accepts @unam.mx ONLY)

2. DONE---Change copy on /home and /vote

3. Email existent voters and say dynamics are changing

4. Save existent voters with their votes and opinions

5. DONE---Come up with a relevant list of options instead of Drawdown (research on university possibilities / divestment / more green programs / waste management / etc..) (talk with divestment peeps at universities)

6. Order universities by # of votes (except if you are in a "specific uni site, like .com/MIT) you see MIT first and then the rest of unis ordered by # of votes

7. Display list of universities to chose from plus a "add one" (fill form in site) .

8. Contact existent voters that are university voters and invite them to vote again
