Narrows Generating Station NY #8

I'm trying to compare EPA information with ClimateTrace.

For example, Narrows Generating Station in Brooklyn, NY has information for 2022 as follows:

EPA data Latitude: 40° 38.92' N Longitude: 74° 01.25' W Total Facility Emissions in metric tons CO2 equivalent (mt CO2e) 44,457

ClimateTrace Narrows Gas Turbines Generating 40.6486, -74.0208 Power Plant 478,000t CO2e100 in 2022

This is like a factor of 10 higher? Am I comparing the same power plants?
