Translations Prototype V1 #660

@smachua @mhabimana @lloyddewit this PR is now ready for review.

I think after it's merged we will now get the translations PR from @dannyparsons with real French and Portuguese translations from CrowdIn.

As discussed on our online meeting. It has been agreed that this can now be merged.

@Patowhiz: I am suggesting that on the login dialog the link to call the language selector be put on the Select language and not on the language, such that if you click on the Select language(in blue), it calls the selector dialog where you can select/choose the language of your choice and then it dispays like this Select language: English (assuming this is the default), when clicking again on the "Select language"and you select Français for example,it displays like this: Select language: Français and so on. image
