Hourly data entry form to have 2 sequencing option #741

Recently, a user asked for the hourly data entry to sequence either by seq_element or seq_daily_element.

@Patowhiz: As discussed and agreed,

  1. A new data entry form called " Form_hourly1": Data for one hour for one element for the whole month will be added to the list of data entry forms, below is the sample layout. This form will sequence hours: image

  2. The Form hourly below will have two sequencers: an option to sequence either by element, this exists already or sequence by day to be added and this will be set in the registry or general settings so that Climsoft admin can decide which option to enable depending on the case at hand. image
