Adds labels of new controls to list of translations #745

Kindly test if correct translations are reflected on the forms.

@mhabimana I have made the required translation changes as suggested. I've also added new labels that require translations in CrowdIn. Kindly update the French translations then I will update them in the translations database.

As discussed, I have also made the hourly2 sequencer to be disabled when the check box for enabling it is unchecked.
