Page title, shown on the browser tab, is currently always "Climsoft Weather App"

Can this change to "Climsoft" when in Climsoft mode and "OpenCDMS" when in default mode.

Also in Profile > Preferences > Mode - can "ClimSoft" be changed to "Climsoft".
