"Caribbean" not "Carribean".

The standard installation of the software doesn't have the customised synoptic data entry form for the Caribbean. Instead users are provided with a form for WMO region RA1. This form uses the form_synoptic_2_ra1 database table (https://api.opencdms.org/climsoft/v1/form_synoptic_2_ra1s).
