Hypervisor Ansible setup

As a infrastructure provider, I want my hypervisors to remain up to date and configured, so that they remain secure.

• [ ] Control updates for the hypervisors with Ansible
• [ ] Configure SSH keys for the hypervisors with Ansible
• [ ] Ensure that at least one server is available in Bristol at all times

It would be nice if the host keys were added to the jump box so that I didn't have to delete the hosts file each time I rebuild the cluster
