Missing database file in given location in db_annovar.toml #3

Hi all, I am working on installing annovarR in that I cant able to download "avsnp147" sqlite databse The given url in db_annovar.toml file for downloading the above sqllite databse is not found. Can u please help to fix this? image

Hi, I'm very sorry about this. The website service is currently not accessible. We are considering migrating data to a new server. At present, you can download the original ANNOVAR database, and then use the sqlite.auto.build function to build the corresponding Sqlite format database.
