Set 0.1 version to 'simple allele' nomenclature, 0.2 to next iteration of allele nomenclature #154

I've split out the versions as we discussed last week, the 0.1 version refers to the 'simple allele' nomenclature, while the 0.2 version can be used for whatever we set next. The branches on GitHub and the published site should reflect this.

Let me know if there's anything else that needs to be done with this issue.
