disambiguate start/end in TranscriptReferenceCoordinate #156

If I am looking at the conceptual model correctly, then TranscriptReferenceCoordinate has integer members start and end inherited from ReferenceCoordinate, but it also potentially has IntronOffsets called start and end. If so, this should be disambiguated.
