Incomplete spreadsheet #150

The json code uses the Types and Attributes json files pulled from clingen.datamodel.org, and extracts values from them.

In particular, attributes are required to have an ID, a name, and a fully qualified name. Right now, there are some (A075 at least) that don't have a fq name, and it looks like the sheet also doesn't have it. It looks like the sepio sheet does have such a name. I'm not sure exactly how this stuff is being maintained, so I don't want to bull around in it all, but I'm blocked (or slowed at least) until a clean version shows up in the datamodel website.
