ValueSets missing #161

For most ValueSets, I can go to http://datamodel.clinicalgenome.org/interpretation/master/json/VS??? and retrieve json versions. But for VS034, VS035, VS036, and VS037, I am getting a 404. @bpow

Never mind, I see that they don't exist any more...
