Add a page to the technical documentation part of the site explaining the schema, what it is, how to use it, where it is used....

I have written a page in the technical documentation about the JSON Schema. I don't go into much detail, just point to it, mention a little about how somebody can use it and where it is being used now.

To separate this page from the entity definitions I made a new documentation level in the technical section for the entity definitions.

@nafisakhandaker : Can you read it and make any changes that are needed?
