SEPIO vs SEPIO-CG value sets #215

It looks like there's both SEPIO and SEPIO-CG annotations in our types.json. But it also looks like these are renamed versions of one another. What is this supposed to look like?

I think this is still a work in progress. @mbrush has been creating "official" iris under one or the other based on his work at formalizing the concepts in the value sets. It is not exactly clear to me if we will end up with any SEPIO-CG iris or not. We can review this on our next Thu meeting if it helps.

BTW ... this link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dOdnAP4lrHY4FQnuKDCgcmNaTgeOFaK1MFkfPVbunTE/edit?usp=sharing will show you Matt's Value Set mapping progress, to verify which ValueSets he has yet to officially assign an SEPIO or SEPIO-CG iri to.
