Generate Documentation Task Issues #220

I am tasked with identifying and creating a task per manual page that needs to be created for the top level of the Var Interp site based on the concepts discussed with @cbizon and @sgoehringer recently.

The pages will be generally broken down into the following tasks...

  1. Landing Page with menu links and simple one (or two) level menu in sidebar.
  2. Discussions/FAQ landing page with menu links and organization to describe all the various detailed discussion and FAQ pages
  3. Entities landing page to display categorized and alphabetized set of links to the complete set of Classes used by the Variant Interp model
  4. Value Sets landing page to display a summary table of all the value sets with links to the specific pages for each value set.
