versioning of messages #222

This is not so much a modeling issue but more of a "message-format" issue. As we approach placing the stamp on version 1.0, how should the message represent the version of the model used.

Is this just through the version of the context file?

Would it be possible to have messages that contain objects according to multiple versions (say, an interpretation according to the future version 2.0 model that includes another interpretation (in version 1.0 message) as part of its evidence)?
