We've talked for quite some time about including the "Scope and Usage" section of the type-description pages pull from the canonical source (currently the sheets document, eventually someday the owl file?).

This requires making a 'proxy' page in middleman, using a template to be derived from the 'layouts/entity.erb' layout.

Partial commit above, the existing pages are still in the relevant locations under the sources directory for now.

There is no hierarchy to the types generated here.
