It seems that @mbrush may have intentionally left the "ContextualAllele" associated attribute iris to hang off of the SEPIO-CG namespace even though they have the same "id" as the SEPIO counterpart which is referenced by all CanonicalAllele attributes.
Or it could have been an oversite.
Since both had the same iri label "is about allele" I am presuming that they were meant to be a single IRI for either. Making it so for now.
