SEPIO IRIs, types, etc... #85

I came across this clingen-sepio phenopackets example with SEPIO codes for types.

It made me think that we should see if Matt Brush has a list that he is developing which we can help finalize for our needs. At the least we can sync up on how he is naming and using this nomenclature/structure and any future plans, so that we can align our process to meet it the best we can.

Also saw this diagram (below) pop up in a GA4GH VICC draft paper from Melissa H and noticed some other critical IRIs to define the associations and types. image

What's a "punned IRI"? That's new to me. Would like to be educated more on understanding the Node and Edge Key and how it applies to our model.
