Archive the original sheet of CvC annotations EXCEPT the 200 that were QCed by Heidi and distributed to labs

There are really 3 components to this ticket.

  1. capture all the pilot QC elements from the individual lab QC work into a reliable snapshot.
  2. annotate all curation reports in cvc related google sheets with QC data (who, when, status in relation to sharing with clinvar, etc...)
  3. replace the individual sheets for qc'ing labs (from pilot qc process) into a single batch QC processing sheet so that Julie/Heidi can batch tag curations as they go so that they can then be collated into a upcoming submission to clinvar.

@larrybabb - I think this was part of the pilot work with labs - do you agree it can be closed?
