As discussed on June 27 at Broad ClinGen weekly meeting

Heidi is looking for an up to date list of "Conflicting clinsig scvs from single submitter" (similar to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LtCDyzroBHj70KBfPGi7wetjJOP5Je0nxZIpnqzrY90/edit?usp=sharing)
