Add Filter View for Records Without an Inactive Tracker ID number on Alerts tab #75

Coordinators have expressed an ability to remove/hide/mask Alerts on the Alert tab.

We've discussed a workaround to create a Filter View to view all Alerts except those with an Inactive Tracker ID number in column G, which would mask/hide Alerts that have been tracked on the Tracking tab and and Status marked Complete.

I think it would be most useful to add this as a preset Filter View, rather than asking the each VCEP to create their own.
