Variants missing from raw stream #84

There are 2210627 records in gs://clinvar-releases/2023-04-10/variation/created, but 2208792 records on confluent dev cluster topic clinvar-raw-2023-04-10. Difference is 1835.

Missing variant ids attached clinvar-raw-2023-04-10-missing-variants.txt

Ran locally and got different results. Will need to investigate further.

Confirmed count of variants in new clinvar-raw-2023-04-10-rerun stream is 2210627.
