Refactor shadow-cljs builds to have separate one for local genegraph vs remote #21

Will allow us to just have different yarn release targets based on local/cloud{dev,stage,prod} environments.

Remove firebase RemoteConfig stuff.

Will need to update automated deploy yarn command.
