Work with stakeholders to define first set of deliverable "statistics" reports.
Acceptance Criteria:
A document that is verified by stakeholders that clarifies one or more reports and the structure, elements, content and options within them for the first deliverable (presumably for closed review as determined by stakeholders).
Below is some mention of these reports from early on in the project...
Internal ClinGen users will receive a report with total numbers of ClinVar SCVs that fall in each Classification Context bin compared to the total number of ClinVar SCVs that meet the requirements for those buckets
Confirm requested report types
Proposed
“Delta reports” - offering updates to datasets
Offer full set or delta report
ClinVar submitter reports, with follow up delta reports
Offer full set or delta report
Classification Context Binning reports
Offer full set or delta report
Example -
Classification Context:
Germline = x SCVs
Somatic = x SCVs
Pharmacogenomic = x SCVs
Other - x SCVs
ClinVar Data:
Germline “Allele Origin” and Pathogenic “clin sig” = x SCVs
Germline “Allele Origin” and Likely Pathogenic “clin sig” = x SCVs
