User can search Test Data set by variant id and display list of SCV MVP fields

Pull together all the upstream and visualization work to realize the goal of a first draft search of clinvar variant ids that return a list of associated (current) SCVs along with their MVP field list. Styling can be crude but functional. Basic Variant preferred name and variation id should appear above the list.

The minimal set of fields includes

• SCV ID
• Last Evaluated Date
• Interpretation (clinsig, classification) -per ClinVar
• Review Status
• Collection Method*
• Submitter (Name, Org ID, Abbreviation)
• Allele Origin*
• Date submitted
• Star level/review status
• Most current ClinVar release date
