Defining = "statusPublishFlag" #2

"statusPublishFlag" Options publish - Display on the website(Q1) unpublish - Remove it currently on the website

Q1 - We need to confirm what happens when provisional curation is sent to the website with 'publish' as the flag IF it should trump all existing curations with the same ID, even if Expert Approved. It seems that should be the policy because it provides the curator methods to potentially overwrite approved and they simply don't need to choose publish in the GCI if it shouldn't overwrite.
