This topic will only hold newly registered CA IDs, which will be the source of coordination with the allele-registry topics. The plan is to directly link this in with the Allele Registry service that will continue pushing new CA IDs (probably in scheduled, sorted batches), which will allow for syncing up additional downstream tools with CAR updates. @kriehle the topic allele-reg-caids has been created on the dev cluster and the Baylor service account has been granted read/write access.
