Document confluent service accounts #9

The goal of this is to document the owner(s) and purpose of existing topics and service accounts.

Inventory of topics completed and made available to users. Will consider this ticket as part of creating an inventory of service accounts.

@dazzariti @hdziadzio I'd like to go over this ticket that was originally assigned to kelsea. If it is something you can help with that would be great. But it's not imperative.

@larrybabb Update: I went through the Dx Topic Inventory sheet and added info/made changes:

Inventory tab: I cross-referenced this list with all topics in Confluent. Topics highlighted in orange = no longer in Confluent, topics highlighted in blue = new to Confluent, not listed on Kelsea’s original sheet.
API Keys tab: All API keys are now listed here
Service Accounts tab: Includes all service accounts and associated API keys
User Account tab: Includes all user accounts and associated API keys
GG_Dx System Tab: I pasted in your lucid chart for people to reference.

Can we touch base on next steps?

yes. let's touch base tomorrow at our sync-up on the clinvar discrepancy report stuff, i think we'll have time for this too.
