Other issues in the data that we discussed:

• Other inconsistencies in the biomarker field (i.e. sometimes "Increased" instead of "increased", sometimes "levels" instead of "level"). This happens in a lot of rows in the oncomx data, not just with il6 rows.
• One protein record does not have an assessed entity type.
• TSV data is out of sync with JSON/database (I will handle this during data push this Thursday).
• Protein is spelled wrong in some of the assessed entity type fields.
