Decide on how often (quarterly, monthly, etc) we should update our data release cycle to.

My preference is every Thu data release till the end of this year. We need to do rapid data releases because almost every week we are finding issues. For frontend releases I think we should release when things are ready. Starting Jan we can go into a regular cycle. Let me know if you all agree with it.
