Database Statistics Endpoint #2

Create an API endpoint for database statistics. It should return the assessed entity type counts and the best biomarker role counts. @DaniallMasood let me know what else should be included.

@seankim658 unique condition count, unique biomarker count, biomarker disease associations, single biomarker count, multicomponent biomarker count

this is done, its on the tst server but not pushed to prd yet.
