Polish up the biomarker-partnership hivelab page

Daniall and I are heading to conference Friday, July 12 and the biomarker-partnership page needs to be spruced up a little before we show it off.

[x] Biomarker portal link need to be on the page: https://hivelab.biochemistry.gwu.edu/biomarker-portal
[x] Raja doesn't like how the links are just listed at the bottom, it doesn't look very clean or professional. Maybe add a links section (could be called links or maybe resources or whatever else sounds good) and put them in some sort of table or other format that looks more professional (and maybe include a brief description for the resources, you can reach out to @DaniallMasood if you need text for short descriptions).
[x] The "REST API" link needs to be changed to: https://hivelab.biochemistry.gwu.edu/biomarker/api/
[x] Maybe link the collaborator names to ORCIDs?

@DaniallMasood Anything else you can think of to help polish up the biomarker page on the hive lab site? Also, do we have ORCIDs for these people?

ORCIDs should be searchable on that database

Biomarker partnership hivelab page has been updated with new UI elements.

There are a few mentioned individuals on the page whose orcid ids I had trouble finding.

Incase anyone can find the ids of above mentioned individuals, Kindly let me know so I can update the page. We can then close the ticket.
