Redirect biomarkerkb domain name to frontend #8

Work with Dacian to redirect the new biomarkerdb domain name to the existing frontend.

From Rene's email:

biomarkerkb.org is already in use. But it's configured to permanently redirect to https://glygen.ccrc.uga.edu/frontend/ causing a URL change. It should be configured using mox_proxy or mod_rewrite to access the uga.edu site but retain the URL. Btw.www.biomarkerkb.org should be configured the same way. Its currently dead. api.biomarkerkb.org should be used for Seans backend.

Need to email Dacian to handle this.

Redirect is implemented right now but the prd server should hopefully be setup by end of week and redirect will not be needed.
