Please implement improvements to the biomrker pipeline scripts

Besides the disease mapping (#22) and data fixes (#24), the code and repository restructure is mostly complete. Just need to finish the documentation README's and potentially go through the OpenTarget code as well. All changes for now are contained in the rework branch (connected to this issue).
