Set up initial website #25

Work to setup the data to be displayed on the initial biomarkerkb website.

Backend has been built. Logic for the mongodb container and the api container has been finished. Waiting on confirmation for the data columns as some code will need to be refactored based on that. Front end needs to be built next.
