The updated biomarker dataset is ready to move along the publication pipeline. New panel and ratio biomarkers in the dataset require BCOs and URL values in the main_Xref field. The dataset can be uploaded to tst for review when the BCOs and URLs for the new panels and ratios have been prepared. Or, alternatively, if preparation of BCOs and URLs for the new panels and ratios will incur substantial delay, the subset of the data that does not require new BCOs/URLs can be pushed to tst/pro and the remaining data moved down the pipeline when BCOs/URLs have been prepared.
