Documentation on automated curation

We want our generated to be on cBioPortal, but the steps to get the data on there is unclear. Lay out the steps:

• Repos should have a standard folder containing scripts to format the data in a timeline or summary format
• Update and/or create a DAG to run the process in the pipeline.
• In our codebook, create entries for the dataset being generated. Enter in the appropriate info for the cbioportal ETL to process
• In the cdm_cbioportal_etl code, modify the data filenames that will be converted into the de-identified cbioportal format
• Tips on how to double check or trouble shoot the issue.
