This pullrequest contains all the game engine coding and the conversion of hotspots for the frontier mod. Closes #716.
The map conversion of the living bone quest was done by @pennomi in 050d8cd8f8ba32fbf8575d3ee799e4cc5b7a23fb
So only the averguard is still missing, which I'll do now.
