Audio off by default on Browser version

It's not good Internet etiquette to play music right when a page is opened. Let's start with the sounds/music off by default.

Consider putting a Sounds and Music toggle option on the Title screen instead of inside the config menu. E.g. the music one would be two connected notes, by default it's disabled out with the (/) circle slash symbol. Click to toggle it. These toggle symbols are common in web and mobile games, so I think they'll fit in here.

Another way I can do this:

If there's no Options cookie (hasn't played on this browser before), offer the option before starting the game. E.g. a new screen that says "Enable audio?". That way there's no surprise loud browser tab.

A third way, just don't play music on the title screen. That way options are always available before any music starts.

Went with the last option. Title screen doesn't play music anymore.
