The log path appears to be invalid. If point PAL to a network share, then it must have two backslashes at the beginning.

Same issue, already change Temp folder Path on Environment Variables, review Quotes issues, but still stuck on same?

I've hit this before, solution was to not process more than one BLG per run of the wizard. (replying to @v-rafer) specifically
