I'm really at a loss. I edited the cfg for my couchpotato API and ports and paths. No matter what i change i get that message after a movie finished and its running the nzbtocouchpotato.py

Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\SCRIPTS\nzbToCouchPotato.py", line 242, in result = nzbToMedia.main(sys.argv, section) File "C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\SCRIPTS\nzbToMedia.py", line 604, in main nzbtomedia.initialize(section) File "C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\SCRIPTS\nzbtomediainit.py", line 299, in initialize if int(CFG["WakeOnLan"]["wake"]) == 1: TypeError: int() argument must be a string or a number, not 'Section'

clinton-hall commented 10 years ago

can you show the autoProcessmedia.cfg

[WakeOnLan]

section?

Artwebb1986 commented 10 years ago

Originally it starts out as 15KB then after the first run it drops to 7KB i'm assuming because i only want to use couchpotato. but this is how it starts out as [WakeOnLan]

set wake = 1 to send WOL broadcast to the mac and test the server (e.g. xbmc) the host and port specified.
wake = 0
host = 192.168.1.37
port = 80
mac = 00:01:2e:2D:64:e1

Then after the first run it switches to [WakeOnLan] host = 192.168.1.37 port = 80

ive even switched it to my actual 192.168.0.104 that my xbmc is

clinton-hall commented 10 years ago

ok.. so you don't actually want to run the Wake On Lan?

Are you using SABnzbd or another downloader?

Can you send me the complete autoProcessmedia.cfg from before and after running the script? I can't see why these settings are being dropped off when you run the script/

clinton-hall commented 10 years ago

my email address is on my profile here... if you don't want to post the entire .cfg.

if you do post here, put three "ticks" before and after the block of code as per this

enter code here

Artwebb1986 commented 10 years ago

Nope really i just want the script to start the couchpotato rename process. But after a format i cant remember what the script was so figured i'd give yours a try. I think i was just retarded on the first try. i had it just in the scripts dir. but i loaded the git clone to nzbtomedia dir now i get a different error and the cfg doesnt get dropped down.

I am using Sabnzbd

[20:50:21] [ERROR]::MAIN: Unable to migrate config file C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\SCRIPTS\nzbToMedia\autoProcessMedia.cfg, exiting ...

This error is usually a permissions issue, but being on Windows that is less likely.

Can you delete autoProcessMedia.cfg (if it exists) then copy autoProcessMedia.cfg.spec to autoProcessMedia.cfg and edit the CouchPotato section as needed?

Artwebb1986 commented 10 years ago

Holy fuck. I'd been pulling my hair out for like 3 days on this one. Copying over and re-doing it all.

I put the scripts on D:\nzbtomedia and loaded from there and boom ..

CouchPotato: Successfully post-processed

copied over and got the art work :)

sorry for being a pain in the ass. Now i'll try nzbtosickbeard :)
