Update logo #201

Log emailed to christian. everywhere the old logo appears in the app, it should be replaced with this new one.

Updated logo is small so it does not display clearly on the app, can the logo size be made bigger with the width the same size as the menu bar and the length longer to allow the full name display correctly

I've asked a TW designer to update the logo to be legible at small sizes including 72x72.
