With the latest dev version of the app, the home page graph displays incorrectlly #206

If SOH is 20 and MIN is 55, bar for this shows the SOH at a higher level than the MIN (dev version 1.7.504)

I think @cyrilLin changed the behavior to display stock on hand instead of monthly allocation or some other value here. Han can you confirm what you changed?
