When the app is uninstalled and reinstalled, allocations that have already been received show up on the app as pending allocations. #219

The reports and bin cards also do not reflect the previously received allocation, however the stock on hand (updated on the received allocation) shows up correctly

Confirmed with Egwuma, the expected behaviour: Allocation should not reappear after this allocation is received when uninstall then install app.

Since server didn't tag allocation to be received. After re-install all allocation will come up.
