Home page graph is displaying first 5 commodities for Child Health and not the 5 most dispensed commodities. Change! #223

Per Han, this depends on the data on server side. correcting this on server side should correct the home page display issue.

Yap, this is because the AMC values are not being synced or if they are synced, they are all 0 (or similar) for the app picks the 1st 5 commidities in the commodity list as the most dispensed commodities.

This still happens even when AMC is syncing to the app and does not depend on the server side data. The App should have an algorithm (local to the app) that picks up 5 most dispensed commodities and displays them on the graph

Commodities are still fixed to the first 5 commodities in EM-Child health commodity category
