Move repos to clintonhealthaccess repository #227

Move all of the repos associated with this project to the clintonhealthaccess repository. This includes repositories for server and client side.

Currently, dhis2-dev and chailmis-android have been moved. Awaiting ability to move private repos before moving the server side scripts.

Jason needs to initiate the transfer of the server-side scripts repository now from here: https://github.com/jason-p-pickering/lmis-nigeria to the clintonhealthaccess repository.

Jason has provided a pull request to move the existing server scripts into the chailmis-android repository, this has been accepted and they are now stored there. We just need to confirm that the current scripts, both now and going forward, are to be stored in the chailmis-android repository, and that future maintenance will happen there and not elsewhere. Can HISP confirm this?

i will confirm this from HISP (jerome) and ask that he pushes all updates to the repo provided
