Create new repository for QA builds, deprecate development repository #231

CHAI has asked their users to point their FDroid repositories to the "development" repository, instead of production. This makes it impossible to push new development releases to this repository.

Pending fixing this on all of the user's laptops. we should create a new "QA" repository and push all new builds there, instead of "development". "Development" should be deprecated and no longer used.

Going forward, all new development/qa builds will go to the "qa" repository, and all new production builds will go to the "production" repository.

"Development" repository was updated with build 1.7.520.

development repository was deleted. Fdroid repos are now: http://lmisapp.dhis2nigeria.org.ng/fdroid/qa/repo/ http://lmisapp.dhis2nigeria.org.ng/fdroid/production/repo/
