At what point does the app sync to the server STOCK ON HAND values? #235

When the app registers to the facility, it should sync the current non negative SOH values on the server and sync negative values as zero. What happens now, is the app syncs all values (negative and non-negative) as zero

I already checked that currently app will sync SOH data from server on initial installation. The negative value will be synced as zero, but non-negative will leave it. So this issue doesn't exist any more.
